Job Summary: Join the Lil’ Kickers family and become a superstar Coach! Using our age-appropriate, curated curriculum, you'll lead fun, structured classes for kids aged 18 months to 12 years old. Think games, activities, and lots of laughter—all while helping little ones develop and grow in a safe and creative space.

We offer classes 5 days a week. Are you available to work 8-12 hours a week? We Currently ONLY need Coaches on Sundays and occasionally Saturdays. Hours may increase after this season is over in February.

Tuesday evenings (3:30pm - 6pm)
Wednesday mornings (8:30am - 11am)
Wednesday evenings (3:30pm - 6pm)
Thursday mornings (8:30am - 11am)
Thursday evenings (3:30pm - 6pm)
Saturdays and Sundays (8:15am-12pm)?

*Coaches commit to 12 weeks of coaching every season. Max of 2 days off per season.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Bring your A-game with a big smile and positive vibes every time you clock in.
- Be a superhero for safety, making sure our little players have a safe learning environment.
- Dive into Lil’ Kickers initiatives and bring your own creative flair to the field using our super-fun lesson plans.
- Follow our super-fun lesson plans like a pro.
- Build awesome relationships with our players and their families—they'll love you!
Qualifications:
- We're looking for team players who are reliable, creative, and passionate about making a difference.
- No coaching experience? No problem! We'll train you to become a Lil’ Kickers legend.
- We need lively individuals to spark our weekend morning classes! Shifts are also available on weekdays.

Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical, intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer.
